Adjusting to Life Changes: Job Loss
Group Counseling Sessions
Changes in life, especially job loss, can be difficult times for people to go through.
We understand these times can be emotionally difficult. Starting in March, we will be
hosting a group counseling session geared towards helping people through these
trying times. These sessions will allow for guest to discuss their thoughts and feelings in
an open, comfortable environment, as well as discuss ways to cope with these changes.
We encourage you to invite friends and/or family members who are experiencing this
dramatic change in life. Sessions run on Monday and Wednesdays from 2:30 – 4:30 p.m.
at our office in Rossford, Ohio. The cost is $25 per session with a discount if you book
four or more sessions. All are welcome to join.
These group sessions will cover:
- Identifying Signs of Depression and Anxiety
- Redefining Roles in the Family
- Reflecting on Accomplishments and Strengths
